This spell causes everyone in a 20-foot radius (excluding the caster) to make a Will save or take a -5 penalty to attack and damage rolls for the duration.

Each creature that fails its save also suffers from one of the following random effects:

  1. The creature slips around as if standing on ice.
  2. The creature begins an uncontrollable tap dance.
  3. The creature appears to be stuck as its arms flail uncontrollably.
  4. The creature hops around as if its feet were on fire.
