This spell causes everyone in a 20-foot radius (excluding the caster) to make a Will save or take a -5 penalty to attack and damage rolls for the duration.
Each creature that fails its save also suffers from one of the following random effects:
- The creature slips around as if standing on ice.
- The creature begins an uncontrollable tap dance.
- The creature appears to be stuck as its arms flail uncontrollably.
- The creature hops around as if its feet were on fire.
