- Cast at will as a standard action
- Creates illusory sounds at range up to 30 feet
- Volume up to four normal humans shouting
- Will save DC = 10 + half your level + Cha modifier to disbelieve
- Sound can rise, recede, approach, or remain static
- Cannot create speech unless you make a Linguistics check
- Sneak Attack:
- Extra 2d6 damage when flanking
- Also works against flat-footed targets
- Requires using a weapon that can sneak attack
- Does not work against undead, constructs, or creatures immune to
critical hits
- Must be able to see the target clearly (no concealment)
- Darkvision:
- Can see perfectly in the dark up to 60 feet
- Black and white vision only
- Cannot see in magical darkness
Tactical Use
Excellent for social situations and providing combat support. Use Bardic
Performance to aid allies while positioning for occasional sneak attacks.
During full moon, combine Ghost Sound with Bardic Performance for maximum
battlefield control.
